Termination of Blanket Purchase Orders
Effective immediately, AsianWhiteSkin will no longer engage in blanket purchase orders with our clients or future clients. This decision stems from past experiences where promises made by some clients in the Philippines have not been upheld. We believe this step is necessary to ensure fairness and accountability in our business transactions.
Strict Enforcement of Storage Fees and Stock Release Procedures
We will now strictly enforce policies regarding storage fees and the release of stocks that have been with us for many years. Clients who have stored products with us must adhere to agreed terms, and any delays or negligence will no longer be tolerated.
Restrictions on Product Registration Using Our License
We will not permit the use of our license to register new products in advance. Our company bears the risk in such processes, and we have observed that some clients manipulate this system to create issues and gain unfair advantages with other brand owners. We are committed to protecting our integrity and business interests.
Confidentiality and Pricing Integrity
As previously stated, we do not allow clients to disclose or add to the costings we provide. Sharing our prices with other manufacturers or revealing details that violate our non-disclosure agreements undermines trust. Such actions diminish our credibility and compromise our business relationships.
Concerns About Fair Competition and the Market
We are aware of attempts to undermine us through unfair practices. While some may pretend to be strong, they know in their hearts that their actions are dishonest and damaging to the industry. We hold these practices in disapproval and remain committed to maintaining integrity in our business.
Finally, we want to convey that AsianWhiteSkin is contemplating the future of our manufacturing operations in the Philippines if the government cannot effectively address the proliferation of counterfeit products. Such issues harm the genuine industry and unfairly disadvantage honest producers like us, ultimately hurting consumers.
